Job Adventure, the Barcelona-based recruitment organization, has joined forces with the largest coach company in the Netherlands! With the help of 400 colleagues, you will start driving line buses and will have the possibility of providing transport around major events such as the Dutch Grand Prix, Lowlands, Defqon 1 coach transport for various municipalities, school trips, and student associations.

What do you do (tasks)

You check the oil, coolant, and damage around the bus before every trip.

You note the mileage every working day.

You check the routes in advance for delays or details.

You drive to the customer and then the designated route.

You always fill up the bus neatly when you return.

You will always come back to your room except for foreign travels (but that will only be offered after you work for some time and have more experience).

Who are you?

A friendly, customer-oriented, and representative bus driver.

You have a driver's license D and valid code 95, and a Tachograph/ Drivers Card or you are willing to get it.

You are flexible and willing to work weekends.

You can work well in a team as well as independently.

You see the traveler as a guest on your bus.

Profile Requirements:

Drivers license D

Valid Code 95: it is not possible to start without it. If you do not have it but want to obtain it, you must pay for it, and we suggest that you obtain it in your country of origin because in the Netherlands the course is only offered in Dutch.

Medical test (If you pass the test, you can start). In Medical tests, you will have a clinical check (for eyes, limbs, etc) and a urine test for sugar to detect (diabetes).

The candidate needs to bring to the inspection a pot of urine, an Identification document (ID or Passport), Medicines (if the candidate uses any), and glasses or lenses (including lens solution).

English level B1 /B2 (if you want to work 100%-day shift).

English level A1 is enough (if you want to work 50% during night shifts).

At least 6 months of experience in the last 2 years

MANDATORY: to work in the Netherlands (you need an EU nationality/citizenship or a work permit)

What does the company offer?

Contract through the Dutch collective agreement. For a long period, a minimum of 6 months.

A very good salary. The basic pay rate of 16,08 (Gross) / hour for all new drivers. The Nett salary will be from 2.600 per month. You will have the opportunity to grow in the salary scale every year. So, your salary will increase every year.

Workweeks contain an average of min. 40 hours; (if worked less, the minimum payment will be for 40 hours). The company works with +/- hours. For example: If you work 1 week 36 hours and the next week 44 it will be levelled to 40 hours per week.

Extra and irregular hours are overpaid. You will be accrued and paid every 3 months (1 January, 1 April, 1 July, 1 October). Extra hours are paid 35%.

Weekly payment of the salary.

Free Housing during the first 3 months and after that it will be 98, - per week.

Accommodation at a maximum of 45 minutes travel time by car from work.

A private room in a shared house is the standard.

Travel allowance of 0,21 per kilometer from accommodation to work and back.

Modern corporate clothing.

A staff association with various fun outings.

8 % holiday allowance.

Costs

Car rental 75, - per week. It is always necessary to have a car, so you can come with your car or rent one through the company.

The health insurance is compulsory, and the cost is 35,58 per week.

Travel costs to The Netherlands, are at your own expense. Travel from the airport to the office/accommodation will be reimbursed in the first week of work. (You must hold a train/ bus ticket)
