Role Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented QA/QC Inspectors to support ongoing interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The role involves ensuring all works meet approved quality standards, specifications, and authority requirements from execution through project handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect ongoing fit-out works including gypsum partitions & ceilings, joinery, carpentry, flooring, tiling, painting, MEP coordination, and finishes
• Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and project specifications
• Conduct incoming material inspections and verify approvals prior to installation
• Prepare and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality checklists
• Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective/preventive actions
• Coordinate inspections with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives
• Participate in consultant/client inspections and ensure timely closure of observations
• Maintain QA/QC documentation including daily reports, snag lists, and handover dossiers
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure adherence to HSE and quality standards
• Support snagging, de-snagging, and final handover activities

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of UAE experience as a QA/QC Inspector in interior fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and quality standards
• Familiar with QA/QC documentation, inspections, and reporting
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site
• Candidates with prior experience in similar fit-out environments will be preferred
