Security Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Security Officer to lead and manage all aspects of physical security operations across company facilities and critical assets for our client
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee physical security operations including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and visitor management
- Conduct security audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead incident response, emergency preparedness, and business continuity activities
- Manage security vendors, guards, contractors, and operational security staff
- Develop and enforce SOPs related to facility access and incident handling
- Lead physical security projects, system upgrades, and AI-based monitoring initiatives
- Prepare reports on incidents, KPIs, system performance, and improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in physical or operational security
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarms, and threat assessment methodologies
- Experience in incident response, investigations, and emergency management
- Excellent reporting, communication, and vendor management skills
- Certifications such as CPP or PSP are preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 physical security standards is an advantage
