Sales Manager

 Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-centric and proactive Relationship Manager to strengthen customer engagement, drive business growth, and build long-term partnerships for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture warm, long-term customer relationships 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication
  • Increase share of business through cross-selling and upselling 
  • Generate new leads through referrals and market outreach 
  • Convert leads into confirmed business through effective follow-ups
  • Record customer data and share insights with management

Requirements: 

  • Graduate degree required (Engineering or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) 
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or similar roles 
  • Exposure to B2B or industrial sales is an advantage 
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach 
  • High responsiveness and follow-up discipline 
  • Organized, reliable, and relationship-oriented
