Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-centric and proactive Relationship Manager to strengthen customer engagement, drive business growth, and build long-term partnerships for a leading fasteners manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture warm, long-term customer relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication
- Increase share of business through cross-selling and upselling
- Generate new leads through referrals and market outreach
- Convert leads into confirmed business through effective follow-ups
- Record customer data and share insights with management
Requirements:
- Graduate degree required (Engineering or MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or similar roles
- Exposure to B2B or industrial sales is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- High responsiveness and follow-up discipline
- Organized, reliable, and relationship-oriented
