We are currently hiring an Architectural Consultant Engineer / Discipline Lead – Architectural for a reputable company based in New Cairo. This opportunity is ideal for a highly experienced architectural professional with a strong background in industrial and commercial projects, as well as proven expertise in design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and compliance with local regulations and client standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and oversee architectural designs and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
• Lead and coordinate architectural activities throughout different project phases
• Collaborate closely with structural and MEP teams to ensure design integration and coordination
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian building regulations and relevant local standards
• Review design deliverables and provide technical guidance to support project execution and quality standards
• Contribute to the successful delivery of large-scale projects while maintaining technical excellence and design integrity

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, and project coordination
• Strong experience in industrial and commercial design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM workflows
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian building regulations and local standards
• Fluent English is a must, as it is the working language
• Must be registered with the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate
• Must hold a Consultant Engineer Certificate
• Experience in large-scale EPC projects is highly preferred
• Previous experience with Chinese EPC companies is a plus
