Delivery Control (Japanese Speaking)

Position: Delivery Control Staff - Japanese Speaking 

Industry: Trading - Semiconductor
Location: Lumpini, Bangkok
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Flexible hours 8:00–9:00 to 16:00–18:00)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities : 

• Contact and coordinate with Production Control at HQ in Japan
• Coordinate with Sales Division on product delivery and schedule confirmation
• Manage delivery control and shipment arrangements
• Follow up critical delivery items with Japanese Manager and Sales Division
• Monitor and report excess stock to Sales team for clearance actions
• Coordinate with overseas sales offices and internal departments
• Handle other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 27–33
• Bachelors degree in any field
• At least 3+ years of working experience (any field)
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI preferred)
• Good command of English and Japanese (JLPT N1) — spoken and written
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Reliable, trustworthy, and a good team player
• Service-minded with fast response and action
