About the job Sales Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Lat Phrao Zone)
Industry: leading Japanese real estate developer specializing in high-quality residential housing projects in Bangkok
Working Hours : Days off: Weekday holidays (weekend work required).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales activities for both own residential project (Phunnawithi) and an agency sales project (Lat Phrao).
- Drive sales of high-value properties in the range of THB 10M 30M.
- Manage the full sales cycle: customer acquisition, property tours, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agents to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain detailed sales records and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience selling residential housing projects (หมู่บ้าน) with a Thai real estate developer.
- Strong sales track record, especially in high-price segment (THB 10M+).
- Minimum 35 years experience in residential sales; managerial or assistant managerial background is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: THB 50,000 60,000 (depending on experience & qualifications).
