Job description

• Manage trading business activities and explore new business opportunities and markets.
• Achieve GP (RP) objectives for each PIC field while providing support to the PIC (Sales) team.
• Drive sustainable growth of PIC commodities through strategic engagement with customers and suppliers to maintain, strengthen, and expand the business portfolio.
• Conduct research and identify new potential business opportunities.
• Foster strong collaboration across individuals, teams, divisions, and the organization including management, corporate functions, other divisions, APU, and the Mitsui & Co., Ltd. group to enhance both individual and organizational capabilities.
• Promote diversity and inclusion, integrity, and open communication to build a supportive work environment.
• Continuously develop professional and communication skills through daily transactions, seminars, training programs, and self-study.

Requirements

• Male or Female, aged 25-30.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales PIC. Experience in the metal industry (ferrous or non-ferrous) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of trading operations (import/export and domestic distribution), logistics, and inventory management.
• Good command of English (minimum TOEIC score of 730) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Supportive, team-oriented, a good listener, and humble.
• Enthusiastic, logical thinker with strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
• Highly motivated to learn and grow in the trading business, with strong ambition and perseverance.
• Positive mindset, can-do attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
