Floor Staff

Location: Phrom Phong, Bangkok

Industry: Food & Beverage

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 

Working Hours (2 shifts): 

• 10:30 AM 8:30 PM (with frequent overtime)
• 11:30 AM 9:30 PM (with occasional overtime)
• About once a month, staff may finish as late as 11:30 PM depending on customers.

Shift-based schedule, with rotating shifts as assigned
1 day off per week (not fixed on weekends)

Description:

• Providing attentive and courteous service to all guests
• Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers
• Setting up tables, cleaning, and ensuring the dining area is well-prepared
• Assisting with reservations and guest seating
• Handling payments and ensuring accurate billing
• Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Explaining menu items and making recommendations to guests
• Maintaining cleanliness and order of service areas
• Occasionally assisting kitchen and dishwashing staff when necessary
• Working as a team to provide the best customer experience

Requirements:

• English communication skills for interacting with clients
• Previous experience in restaurants or hotels as a floor/wait staff
• Izakaya or casual dining service experience is also welcomed
• Team-oriented, flexible, and hands-on personality
