Position Summary:

Looking for a Service Sales professional to support company after-Sales business by selling spare parts and replacement components for automated material handling systems.

This role involves frequent visits to client warehouse sites to understand issues on-site, propose the right parts, and coordinate order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell spare parts and replacement components for equipment after breakdowns and for preventive replacement.
• Visit client warehouse sites regularly to assess needs, confirm part specifications, and support quotations.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and negotiate basic commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (service engineers, warehouse, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain customer records, sales documents, and reporting (Excel and internal systems).
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers and support repeat orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineer or related department is a plus)
• Must have a valid drivers license and own car.
• 2-3 years of sales B2B experiences
• Engineering background or technical knowledge is a strong advantage
