Position: B2B Commercial Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R)

• Develop and execute B2B marketing materials to support industrial real estate advisory services
• Create commercial-focused content such as proposals, presentations, pitch decks, and campaign materials
• Translate complex industrial property, logistics, and manufacturing topics into clear, professional messaging for international clients
• Work closely with sales and advisory teams to support lead generation and deal conversion
• Prepare marketing tools that help consultants explain services, pricing, and value propositions to clients
• Maintain consistency of tone and commercial positioning across all marketing communications
• Support client-facing campaigns, digital marketing, and commercial outreach activities

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B marketing for industrial, logistics, engineering, manufacturing, or professional services
• Strong hands-on execution skills in content creation, presentations, and commercial marketing tools
• Experience working closely with sales or business development teams
• Ability to simplify technical or complex business topics into clear, practical communication
• Good command of Thai and English for professional business communication
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-moving consulting environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to 70,000 THB per month (depending on experience)
