Job description

• Manage domestic logistics, import/export operations, data entry, and internal process monitoring to achieve departmental targets.
• Support the GM, AGM, and sales team in various business activities.
• Handle daily documentation, including customs clearance, invoices, shipping documents, and full-scope service for customers.
• Coordinate and oversee inbound and outbound logistics with trucking companies, warehouses, and shipping lines.
• Manage credit control effectively to prevent over-credit and overdue payments.
• Ensure proper understanding and accurate execution of business processes and internal rules in the system.
• Maintain and expand customer assets within the Aromatic and Polyester chain business to meet departmental and divisional goals.

Requirements

• Male/Female, aged 23-26 years.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficient in basic IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly committed to completing tasks efficiently.
• 1-2 years of experience in trading operations (import, export, and domestic).
• Capable of managing logistics and inventory processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
