Position Overview
This role is combines client understanding, data analysis, and solution-oriented sales.
You will bridge clients and internal teams, taking ownership from proposal through final contract closing.
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and business-minded professional who can act as a solution consultant rather than a pure engineer.

Main Responsibilities

  • Listen to client requirements and propose optimal material handling or warehouse automation solutions.
  • Analyze warehouse operation data to identify improvement opportunities and cost optimization.
  • Work with internal engineers and software teams to prepare technical proposals and quotations.
  • Support the final contract closing process together with the sales team.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, while identifying new business opportunities through referrals.
  • Visit clients regularly (approx. once per week) in Samut Sakhon, Ayutthaya, or nearby provinces.

Qualifications
MUST

  • Experience in the warehouse, logistics, or material handling industry (e.g., automated warehouse, logistics center, distribution facility).
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience handling warehouse or operational data.
  • Logical thinking and ability to design and explain solution scenarios based on client needs.
  • Strong sales mindset ability to build long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • English: Business level (interviews will be conducted in English).
  • Engineering background not required, but must have solid understanding of technical concepts.

PREFERABLE

  • Driving license (advantageous)
  • Japanese language ability (advantageous but not required)
  • Application engineering experience (advantageous but not required)
