Manager of Business Development

Position: Manager of Business Development (AI/IoT Solutions)

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):

• Lead and manage a Business Development team (three subordinates) with strong leadership and KPI/pipeline management.
• Acquire up-to-date knowledge of products and technologies and propose AI/IoT/Digital Transformation (DX) solutions to customers.
• Plan and execute proactive sales activities with advanced solution proposal capabilities.
• Verify sales documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company terms and conditions.
• Coordinate partnership management and collaboration for AI/IoT/DX solutions.
• Support Sales Representatives in proposal creation, customer communication, and invoicing tasks.
• Liaise with Product Owner teams in Japan and Thailand to resolve application-related issues.
• Visit customers with Sales Representatives to collect requirements, feedback, and market insights.
• Deliver presentations and pre-sales explanations to potential customers when necessary.
• Prepare sales reports, customer reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Provide managerial guidance, training, and motivation to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry and At least 2-3 years of working experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience in Project Management, System Integration (SI) Presales, or AI/IoT/DX projects is preferred.
• English proficiency: Business level (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent).
• Japanese skill: N2 - N3 level is a plus.
• Driving license and own car required for customer visits.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about learning new technologies.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 THB/month (including all allowances, no OT, no commission)
• Work Location: BTS Phayathai, Bangkok, Thailand
• Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
