Import-Export Supervisor

Location: Amata City, Chonburi

Industry: Garment Accessories

Salary: 30K - 40K THB/Month

Working Days: Mon - Fri, 8.00-17.00

Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Manage import and export activities in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
  
• Monitor and ensure on-time shipment arrivals and dispatches

2. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all trade activities adhere to international import/export regulations
• Review and validate documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, FTA forms, and customs declarations
• Confirm accuracy of duty rates and proper tariff code classification

3. Problem-Solving & Risk Management

• Address shipment delays, customs clearance problems, and product damage issues
• Handle and resolve conflicts or disputes related to international shipments
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in import-export or international logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Familiarity with FTA procedures (Forms D, E, AI, JTEPA) and H.S. code classification is a plus
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Possesses a positive attitude, is self-driven, energetic, diligent, and able to handle pressure and work flexible hours
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior management
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and coordinate across various departments
