Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: BTS Punawithi 

Salary: 40K - 60K THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri

Working hour: 9.00 - 18.00

Responsibilities:

• New Project Promotion Management: Develop product concepts and customer personas based on data-driven insights from market and competitor research.
• Advertising Strategy Planning and Execution: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategiesboth online and offlinefrom pre-sales to ready to move in for housing and condominium projects.
• Budget and Timeline Optimization: Propose effective methods to achieve maximum results within limited budgets and tight schedules.
• Market and Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and shifts in the real estate market. Continuously identify new business opportunities and propose bold, innovative initiatives for company growth.
• Agency and Vendor Management: Collaborate with marketing agencies and external partners. Use strong communication skills to build productive relationships and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years working experience in digital marketing, marketing communication or related field in real estate business.
• Experience with marketing campaigns and online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
• Communication in English language.
