Sales Engineer (Chinese speaking)

Location: Chatuchak, Bangkok

Salary: 40K - 60K THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri, (8.30 - 17.30)

Job Description:

• Promote Products: Actively promote Brother Commercial products to clients within the Japanese-speaking market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
• Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Brother Commercial products and their technical specifications to effectively address client inquiries and provide technical support.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Brother Commercial products.
• Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with internal departments to process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Reporting: Generate sales reports and forecasts to track progress towards targets and provide insights for decision-making.
• Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and address any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Chinese
• Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, with a strong technical aptitude
