System Engineer (Chinese & English Speaking)

Location: Rayong, Thailand

Salary: 40K-60K THB/month

Working Days: Mon-Fri(1Sat/month) 08:00-17:00

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the company's IATF16949 quality management system, and assisting in the operation and maintenance of ISO4001 and ISO45001 systems.
2. Responsible for organizing the internal audit of the company's quality management system, arranging external audit contacts with third-party agencies, and tracking and feedback on improvement activities that do not meet the requirements of the audit.
3. Responsible for the preparation and review of customer audits, tracking internal departments to complete the improvement of audit non-conformities, and submitting improvement reports to customers.
4. Responsible for the organization, arrangement and implementation of the company's VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 internal audits.
5. Responsible for the maintenance and operation of the quality management system document control system.
6. Responsible for other tasks as assigned by leader

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree, majoring in Management, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in quality management processes or systems, with work experience in related industries such as automotive, new energy, machinery, or electromechanical.
• Proficient in using Office software, familiar with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and other system standards and requirements, and holds an internal auditor certificate.
• Familiar with quality management tools and the 5 Core Tools (five major manuals).
• Strong communication, adaptability, organizational, and coordination skills. Possesses a sense of responsibility, ambition, service orientation, and team honor.
• Priority consideration Six Sigma certification
• Strong Chinese & English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
