Production System Development Officer

Location: Silom, Bangkok

Industry: Automation and Material Handling

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 baht/month

Working Day: Monday - Friday (Saturday: Once a month), 8:30 - 17:30

Descriptions:

• Develop and maintain the company's software modules to support business operations.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to identify, analyze, and resolve software-related and operational issues.
• Plan and design software modules tailored to departmental needs, ensuring seamless integration.
• Define system requirements and specifications in coordination with external vendors.
• Track project progress, provide updates, and ensure timely completion of development tasks.
• Analyze reports to diagnose issues and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Software Modules:

• Sales Information System Manage customer data and master records for the sales team.
• Profits Module Maintain and oversee summary reports to support profitability analysis.
• Accounting Module Assist the accounting team in resolving system-related issues and ensuring system functionality.
• Procurement & Inventory Module Oversee procurement details and maintain parts data management.
• Supply Chain Management Module Develop a tracking system to monitor incoming and ongoing projects.
• Design Management Module Maintain the Design BOM (Bill of Materials) system to support procurement operations.
• Schedule Management Module Develop and sustain the scheduling system for efficient project management.
• Document System Implement a document management system for various departments, incorporating reporting and summary functionalities.

Requirement:

• Experience in production improvement or system improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (new graduates are also welcome).
• System development experience (IT, programming).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Functions & VBA) is a must.
• Moderate analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work onsite as required.
• Moderate English proficiency is required.
• Based in the Bangkok office, with the ability to work onsite at Daifuku (Thailand)s factory in Chonburi and Ayutthaya.
