Position: Sales Manager Freight Forwarder (Air & Sea)

Location: Khlong Toei, Bangkok

Salary: Up to 150,000 THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri (8:00-17:00)

Job Description:

• Business Development: Expand air and sea freight services both domestically and internationally by identifying new clients in the freight and supply chain industries.
• Logistics Solutions: Deliver customized logistics solutions, including air and sea freight services tailored to client needs.
• Sales Target Achievement: Monitor performance to meet or exceed sales targets; analyze market trends to support sales strategies.
• Tendering and Quotations: Oversee the bidding process; create competitive proposals and pricing strategies.
• Company Representation: Represent the company at trade shows and networking events; build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Multi-path Bidding: Coordinate with sales teams for local and global business bidding opportunities.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with Thai and international clients; provide prompt service and handle customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in air freight forwarding sales
• Strong management skills with the ability to address customer and operational challenges
• Proficient in English; additional language skills in Korean, Japanese, or Chinese are an advantage
• Highly self-motivated with a proactive mindset toward business development
• Experienced in tendering, quotation analysis, and pricing strategy development
• Proven track record in new business development and client acquisition, consistentlyclosing high-value deals (10M+ THB/month)
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and project management abilities
• Thorough knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance
