Production Manager

Location: Chonburi

Industry: Manufacturing of Printing

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Manage all activities related to end to end production (Production process, packaging, delivery, Production Planning).

2. Responsible and accountable for related KPIs (e.g.: Quality, Productivity, Material-loss, OEE in production processes, Conversion-cost, Product safety etc.).

3. Responsible and accountable for all related cost-centers.

4. Drives and implements continuous improvement and cost-saving activities.

5. Constantly improves working environment (ergonomics, hygiene, quality, safety).

6. Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures.

7. Delegate tasks and accountabilities, establish work schedules, supervise staff, Monitor and evaluate performance.

8. Liaison with plant manager. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.

9. Forecast requirements, prepare investment plan, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, initiating corrective actions which related to production activities.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

11. Compliance the regulations and standard of the company (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO 14001, BRC, FSC, GRS etc.)

12. Manage all activities related to end to end production, responsible and accountable for related KPIs 60.

13. Preparation and management of investment plan, budget plan, schedule expenditures

14. Develop strategic plan, implement, and manage operational plans 

15. Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree of Industrial Engineering or Industrial Printing Engineering any field of concern.

2. Min. 10 years' experience in manufacturing-related environment, ideally in FMCG-industry.

3. Good knowledge on continuous improvement tools (KAIZEN, Lean, TPM, etc.).

4. Good understanding of manufacturing-related requirements in terms of safety, hygiene, and quality financial understanding (SOI, profitability-analysis, etc.)

5. Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.

6. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

7. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.

8. Project management and deep knowledge of production management.

9. Understanding of quality standards, safety health regulations.

10. Experience in Food packaging printing industry will be advantage
