Production Control Manager/ Assistant Manager

Working Days: Mon-Fri (2 Sat/Month)

Job Responsibilities

As the Production Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production planning and logistics operations related to automotive and construction machinery components, mainly for Japanese clients. You will report directly to the Japanese General Manager (Mr. Misawa) and manage a small team of two Thai staff members.

Main Duties

• Create and manage production plans and schedules
• Monitor actual production progress and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers on raw material and component procurement
• Handle import/export operations, including customs clearance procedures
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers and clients on material sourcing and lead times
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, procurement, quality control, etc.)
• Communicate directly with clients and provide regular updates on production and delivery
• Resolve any production or delivery issues in a timely and proactive manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production control or planning
• Prior experience managing team members
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Working proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Flexible and adaptable mindset to handle various client and internal demands
