M&A Consultant (Junior Level)

Location: Bangkok

Working day: Mon-Fri

Job Description:

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates
• Conduct industry and company research to support deal sourcing and execution
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and client presentations
• Coordinate due diligence processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support in drafting proposals, pitch materials, and engagement letters
• Attend client meetings and assist in managing relationships with stakeholders
• Stay updated on market trends and deal activities in Thailand and the region

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Thai language is a plus
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Business English
