Working Days: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:30

Responsibilities

  •  Own monthly, quarterly, and annual closes (local TFRS/IFRS & HQ requirements).
  • Prepare consolidation packages and management reports with clear variance analysis.
  • Ensure all accounting entries (interest, principal, EIR, loan loss reserves, lease assets / liabilities) reflect correct lending-model bookings rather than trading-model sales.
  • Manage direct & indirect taxes, transfer pricing, deferred tax assets/liabilities, BOI/PROMO compliance.
  • Coordinate tax audits and proactively manage risks.
  • Oversee cash forecasting, funding lines, bank covenants, FX risk hedging, and liquidity planning.
  • Optimize working capital while supporting portfolio growth.
  • Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning processes.
  • Provide profitability, IRR, NPV and portfolio‐quality analytics for new products or campaigns.
  • Project-lead the new ERP / Lease-core system replacement (R&D, data migration, UAT/parallel run, go-live).
  • Drive integration of GL account codes with the organization structure and ACC policy.
  • Champion automation/digitalization initiatives and strengthen internal controls (SOX/FAR/local).
  • Translate accounting numbers into actionable insights for credit, collections, sales & risk teams.
  • Evaluate new financing structures or securitization deals.
  • Present to HQ, Board, and lenders in English.
  • External Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, credit-rating agencies, and banks.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, TFRS 9 / IFRS 16, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • CPA, CPD, or equivalent license preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years progressive experience; 5+ years in a managerial or controllership role.
  • Hands-on closing, financial analysis, tax, treasury, and audit experience in leasing, banking, auto-finance, consumer-finance, or other lending-focused institutions.
  • Deep knowledge of GL account structure and lease/lending booking methods (EIR, interest accruals, impairment, residual values).
  • Experienced with AX, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/lease-core systems; track record leading system upgrades or implementations.
  • Advanced Excel, financial modelling, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English & Thai (spoken and written) for HQ reporting and regulator liaison.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical acumen.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex financial matters to non-finance leaders.
  • High integrity, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset.
