Working Days: Mon - Fri, 8.30-17.30

Responsibilities

  • Manage email communications with clients and the Japanese system provider in Japanese
  • Assist sales representatives by creating quotations, invoices, and presentation materials
  • Offer basic product information to clients in the absence of sales representatives
  • Liaise with the product team in both Thai and Japanese to address service-related issues
  • Compile sales reports, customer feedback summaries, and other internal documents
  • Occasionally attend client meetings alongside sales staff to gather requirements or feedback
  • Respond to service-related inquiries from existing clients via phone and email
  • Team Size: 4 members (1 Japanese + 3 Thai)

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates are not eligible. A minimum of 2 years professional work experience is required.
  • Strong proficiency in written Japanese is required. JLPT N2 is preferred; N3 may be considered only for candidates with exceptional language skills.
  • Be responsible for regular communication with a Japanese system provider and must be capable of composing professional emails in Japanese, accurately translating inquiries and responses, and ensuring smooth coordination.
  • Proven experience in preparing quotations is essential and non-negotiable.
  • The role involves administrative and support tasks, so candidates must be comfortable with such responsibilities and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in written communication.
  • Basic IT proficiency is expected.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
