Position: Application Support Engineer

Location: Silom, Bangkok

Salary: 30-50K THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri (1 Sat/Month till Dec 2025)

Working hour: 8.30 - 17.30

Responsibilities:

  • Provide live support and resolve software issues for the Warehouse Control System (WCS) after system go-live.
  • Log and manage incident tickets using Jira, including troubleshooting and documenting incident reports.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to test software systems and applications (as needed).
  • Assist in system implementation activities such as onsite testing, user training, UAT, and issue resolution (as needed).
  • Debug and analyze software system errors to identify root causes and solutions.
  • Coordinate with the System Engineer Team to ensure a smooth handover of system knowledge and responsibilities.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding issue status, system updates, and user support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in an Application Support role, with programming experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Oracle Java and familiarity with major IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA)
  • Strong debugging skills and experience with APIs and database systems such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server setup and virtual machine platforms (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to work in shifts and travel to various locations as required
