About the job Application Support Engineer
Location: Silom, Bangkok
Salary: 32K-55K THB/Month
Working day: Mon-Fri (1Sat/Month)
Working hour: 8.30 - 17.30
Responsibilities:
- Provide live support for software issues and inquiries after the Warehouse Control System (WCS) goes live.
- Log incident tickets in Jira, perform troubleshooting, and create incident reports when necessary.
- Assist the QA team in testing software systems and applications (optional).
- Participate in software implementation, including onsite testing, user training, UAT, and troubleshooting during the project (optional).
- Conduct system handover from the System Engineer Team (Programmers).
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in an Application Support role. Programming experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Java and experience with major IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA).
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle (preferred).
- Familiarity with APIs.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Windows setup.
- Understanding of virtual machine concepts (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox, or Hyper-V).
- Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).
- Willingness to work at various locations as required.
- Good spoken and written English skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
