Location: Silom, Bangkok

Salary: 32K-55K THB/Month

Working day: Mon-Fri (1Sat/Month)

Working hour: 8.30 - 17.30

Responsibilities:

  • Provide live support for software issues and inquiries after the Warehouse Control System (WCS) goes live.
  • Log incident tickets in Jira, perform troubleshooting, and create incident reports when necessary.
  • Assist the QA team in testing software systems and applications (optional).
  • Participate in software implementation, including onsite testing, user training, UAT, and troubleshooting during the project (optional).
  • Conduct system handover from the System Engineer Team (Programmers).

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in an Application Support role. Programming experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Java and experience with major IDEs (e.g., Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA).
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle (preferred).
  • Familiarity with APIs.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Windows setup.
  • Understanding of virtual machine concepts (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox, or Hyper-V).
  • Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).
  • Willingness to work at various locations as required.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
