Service Engineer (Sriracha)

Position: Service Engineer 

Location: Sriracha, Chonburi

Working Day: 12-hour work shift with no night shifts, including 2 weekdays off per week

Job Description:

• Respond promptly to technical issues and troubleshoot problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Begin work during the construction phase to gain hands-on experience and understanding of warehouse systems and infrastructure.
• Provide on-site support primarily at Makro's warehouse, ensuring smooth operations and equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with teams and attend occasional meetings or trainings at the DAIFUKU office.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair automated systems and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Document service activities, report issues, and recommend improvements for system reliability and efficiency.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; age under 30 preferred.
• Basic conversational English skills for daily workplace communication.
• Interest in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.
• Prior experience in a similar field is an advantage but not required.
• Motivated, hands-on, and willing to learn on-the-job technical skills.
