Assistant Engineer Manager (Machines tool)

Salary: Up to 70K

Location: Prawet, Bangkok

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical support during pre- and post-sales activities
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
• Provide in-depth knowledge and support for new project implementations and existing application optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to address customer needs and challenges.
• Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct training programs for both internal and external stakeholders

Qualitifcations:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• Experience in a technical role within the machine tool industry, with demonstrated expertise in CNC machining or design and application engineering.

• Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop technical talent.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
