Location: Pathum Thani, Thailand

Salary: up to experience

Working Day: Mon-Fri (Need to meet customer to do Free Inspection 8 times/Month - Might need to work on some Saturday)

Job Description:

  • Provide after-sales support and meet with customers to follow up on their needs and ensure satisfaction. Future support may extend to other Southeast Asian countries.
  • Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to the company's products.
  • Visit customer site and do machinery part inspection.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical guidance as needed.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to two Thai technicians under your responsibility.
  • Conduct a machinery parts' quality control process.
  • Coordinate with HQ in Japan to produce and develop machinery parts to please customer's needs.
  • Work and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
  • Manage deliver timeline all product-related part.
  • Follow up on machinery parts delivery date and status, also check material's qualities.
  • Check and organize machinery parts stock
  • Do documentation (e.g. quotation) to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Able to communicate in English (Communication Level) - Japanese Language skills is a plus
  • Have an experience to supervise customer about technical issue
  • Skill to solve the problem at side and handle both customers and technicians
  • Have own car
