Lawyer (Open position)

Location: Sathorn, Bangkok

Salary: 100k-200k THB/month

Working day: Mon-Fri

Working hour: 9.00 - 18.00

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and services to corporate clients on M&A, corporate governance, labor law matters, and other corporate legal issues.
• Represent clients in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, primarily related to corporate matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to address complex legal issues and propose strategic solutions.
• Take on increasing responsibility for managing client relationships and leading legal projects.
• Develop and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, contributing to the growth of the practice area.
• Actively participate in business development and client acquisition activities.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, preferably with a background in corporate law, including M&A, dispute resolution, and labor law.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English.
• Desire and potential to take on a leadership role within the firm.
