System Integrator (Pre-sales)

Working hour: 8.30 - 17.30

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Team and Engineers to gather customer requirements and provide project proposals and estimations.
• Create project estimates and costs, coordinating with company partners to ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop system specifications based on company standards solution and technology and match them to client requirements.
• Present the system specifications and solutions to clients, address any outstanding points, revise the document as needed, and ensure client sign-off.
• Conduct the internal handover of signed specifications document to the development team.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders as the Software Project Owner to ensure the system functionality aligns with client requirements.
• Organize meetings with stakeholders to discuss software-related issues.

Requirements:

• Experience on System Analyst, Solution Designer, Presales in Automation or Warehouse Control Systems (WCS).
• Preferably familiar with warehouse management, logistics, and distribution solutions development.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PMBOK, Prince2, or Agile.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and strong presentation skills in both Thai and English.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Familiarity with ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) is a plus.
• A car and driver's license are advantageous.
• UX/UI experience is a plus
