Sales(JP Speaker)

Location: Bangna, Bangkok

Salary: 45K - 60K THB/month

Industry: Specialized Trading Company (Building Materials)

Responsibilities:

Phase 1: First 6 Months

• Join customer visits with the Japanese manager and provide interpretation (especially construction-related terms)
• Translate documents and presentations between Japanese and Thai
• Learn about the product features, applications, and strengths
• Support internal communication and customer follow-up

Phase 2: After 6 Months

• Conduct sales visits and product presentations independently
• Handle client communication, quotations, and basic documentation
• Report to the Japanese manager
• Build relationships with target customers

Target Clients:

• Architecture firms
• General contractors
• Real estate developers
• Building material distributors

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, architecture, or trading
• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or same level (Mainly speaking)
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a car (travel to client sites is required)
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and high sense of responsibility

Requirements (For those who want to shift from interpreter to sales)

Must Have:

• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or equivalent (able to interpret in business situations)
• Native-level Thai
• At least 5 years of working experience.
• Valid Thai drivers license (required for client visits)

Preferred:

• Experience working in construction, building materials, trading, or manufacturing industries
• Experience attending customer meetings or site visits
