Position: Product Support Staff (Engineer) Construction Machinery

Location: Bangna, Bangkok

Industry: Buying, selling, and servicing of machinery and equipment

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 THB/month

Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00 hrs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries from customers and dealers in a timely manner.
• Provide detailed technical guidance and solutions to end-users and business partners.
• Conduct training sessions for users and dealers on product knowledge and machinery operation.
• Support the sales and service teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance.
• Promote knowledge-sharing within the sales and service network to improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical processes and service quality.

Requirements

• Previous experience with a Japanese construction machinery manufacturer, rental company, or dealership.
• Strong technical background in machinery with hands-on problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication ability to explain technical information clearly to clients and partners.
• Must possess a valid driving license and have own car for work-related travel.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
