Job Description
- Provide guidance and consultation to the team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Update manuals for stores and oversee overall sanitation management.
- Check the accuracy of team documents (e.g., manuals and work-related materials).
- Manage customer complaint handling.
- Develop and improve team's work processes.
- Edit and produce videos, such as videos about hygiene.
- Responsible of any jobs that may be assigned
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in any fields
- Good interpersonal skill and excellent in communication
- Great ability to analyze and solve problems
- Able to prioritize and manage the assignments efficiently
- Experience in team management.
- Experience and knowledge in quality control (sanitation management) and customer service
