Job Description

  • Provide guidance and consultation to the team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Update manuals for stores and oversee overall sanitation management.
  • Check the accuracy of team documents (e.g., manuals and work-related materials).
  • Manage customer complaint handling.
  • Develop and improve team's work processes.
  • Edit and produce videos, such as videos about hygiene.
  • Responsible of any jobs that may be assigned

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in any fields
  • Good interpersonal skill and excellent in communication
  • Great ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Able to prioritize and manage the assignments efficiently
  • Experience in team management.
