Legal Counsel

Position: Legal & Compliance Officer / In-House Counsel

Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):

• Provide practical legal advice and solutions to management, business units, and group companies.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts essential for business operations.
• Promote and enforce the Companys Compliance Program and handle compliance issues.
• Organize and manage Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings, including company registration.
• Review and update internal regulations to ensure legal compliance.
• Enhance legal knowledge of staff and group companies through seminars, workshops, or newsletters.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports to management on legal and compliance matters.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age 2535 years
• 2+ years of experience as an in-house legal counsel or in a law firm
• Licensed lawyer in Thailand
• Proficient in English for business purposes (TOEIC 800+ preferred)
• Strong skills in legal practices, contract drafting, and dispute management
• Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity

Compensation & Benefits:

• Work Location: Sathorn, Bangkok
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Work from home: 1-2 days/week (depending on department)
