Position: Supply Chain Coordinator Assistant (E-commerce)

Location: Bang Sao Thong District, Samutprakarn

Industry: Logistics

Salary: 30,000 - 37,000 THB/month

Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.40 hrs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
• Inspect merchandise for damages or discrepancies before shipment
• Update inventory systems and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth and timely delivery
• Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area
• Follow safety and quality standards in all operations
• Communicate effectively with HQ and related teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in e-commerce or online business is a plus
• Fluent in English
