Junior Sales Support Officer (Japanese Speaking)

Position: Junior Sales Support (Japanese Speaking)

Industry: Insurance related

Location: BTS Chidlom – Pathumwan, Bangkok

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities :

• Support Japanese clients by handling inquiries and orders in Japanese
• Receive and process client orders in Thailand
• Communicate with Japanese clients via email, phone, and meetings when required
• Act as backup support for senior staff when needed
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
• Prepare basic documents and reports related to client orders and insurance services
• Assist in future client projects after obtaining required qualifications

Requirements :

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Japanese proficiency JLPTN2 -N1 (preferred)
• P1 and E1 certification (preferred)
• Experience in financial institutions (banking, insurance, leasing, securities, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skills and strong willingness to learn
• Responsible and able to handle confidential information

Compensation & Benefits :

• Salary: 28,000 – 40,000 THB/month
• Health insurance
• Medical allowance: 15,000 THB/year
• Provident fund: 5%
• Social Security (SSO)
