Application Support - Warehouse Automation

Position: Application Support

Location: Silom, Bangkok

Industry: Warehouse Automation

Working day: Mon-Fri (Shift work)

Salary: Up to 45K

Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance and availability of Java applications to ensure stability and security.
• Investigate and resolve application-related issues reported by users.
• Provide root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support for application functionality.
• Work closely with development teams to escalate bugs or enhancement requests.
• Assist in deploying new versions of applications and managing configuration settings.
• Support testing and validation during release cycles with Software development or Software QC team.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
• Update technical documentation and support procedures regularly.

Requirements:

• Understanding of Java development.
• Familiarity with application servers (e.g., Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Windows setup.
• Understanding of virtual machine concepts (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox, or Hyper-V).
• Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (preferred).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Experience with ITIL processes or ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
