The purpose of the Junior Dealer Consultant is to act as a brand ambassador to grow market share by initiating, building and maintaining mutually beneficial business relationships with motor dealers, increasing the number of supporting dealers and taking responsibility for stakeholder interactions throughout the process from sales to claims.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Prior experience in a B2B relationship management role advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of the motor dealer environment advantageous
• Strong sales and relationship management ability
• Own roadworthy vehicle required

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard motor dealers within your area.
• Build and maintain strong dealer relationships.
• Generate new sales and grow sales volumes.
• Drive area sales and profit plans to budgeted targets.
• Negotiate contracts and establish performance expectations.
• Educate customers and dealership employees on products and benefits.
• Maintain product and competitor knowledge.
• Support dealerships with claims processes and procedures.
• Develop and maintain structured call plans.
• Manage dealer sales, claims and loss ratios.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
