B2B Sales Consultant

 Job Description:

Our client, a leading essential services company operating under the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act), specializing in Risk Management, Fire Equipment, Detection and Sprinkler Systems, First Aid solutions, and accredited training services, requires the services of a B2B Sales Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 80% of external sales and marketing and 20% on internal sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business-to-Business (B2B) sales growth within the branch region
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Conduct cold canvassing and lead generation activities
  • Responsible for all online marketing for all the companies is the group on social media platforms
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
  • Manage branch sales administration and operational coordination
  • Oversee customer service delivery and client follow-ups
  • Assist in branch planning, forecasting, and profitability management
  • Ensure effective time management and achievement of sales targets

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment
  • Proven sales and customer relationship management experience
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety aspects 
  • Strong lead generation and cold calling ability
  • Own reliable transport
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Pastel
