Front Office Supervisor
Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to support daily front office operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. This role requires a confident leader who can run shifts effectively, support the front office team, and uphold brand standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front office operations during assigned shifts
- Run shifts independently, ensuring smooth check-in, check-out, and guest service processes
- Provide a warm, professional, and consistent guest experience in line with brand standards
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and service recovery professionally and efficiently
- Support, guide, and motivate front office team members on shift
- Ensure accurate cash handling, billing, and administrative procedures
- Maintain excellent presentation standards at the front desk
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Hotel Receptionist at a reputable hotel or hospitality property
- Proven ability to run a front office shift confidently
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and strong personal presentation
- Computer literate (PMS experience advantageous; OnQ training will be provided)
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Hospitality qualification not required, but advantageous
