Project Manager
Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, managing end-to-end (E2E) project functions, and ensuring completion within specifications, on time, and within budget.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Proven track record in the telecommunications sector
- Extensive expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques
- Experience in customer-facing roles and managing competing priorities
- Background in rollout projects (e.g., FTTH, power, tower, RF)
- Demonstrated success in operational management
- At least 1 year in a management position
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Ability to compile reports, specifications, and update project-related systems

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPAs)
Customer Management (HQ and Regions)
- Negotiate and meet delivery timelines with customers
- Provide comprehensive reports and feedback
- Issue accurate quotes and ensure all work has assigned purchase orders (POs)
- Supply documentation (e.g., FACs) for invoicing
- Ensure 100% of completed work is invoiced and updated in customer systems monthly
Contractor Management
- Oversee contractor performance and allocate work with clear specifications
- Negotiate pricing and terms, issue POs, and approve payments
Supplier Management
- Monitor supplier performance, assist in negotiating terms, issue POs, and approve payments
Administration
- Supervise project admin officer
- Maintain updated systems (e.g., WO, SAGE, Qbis)
- Ensure price books are current
COMMUNICATION AND RELATIONSHIPS
- Maintain professional and cordial relationships with management, staff, and guests
- Prioritize safety and compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

GENERAL
- Performance will be assessed during a three-month probationary period, followed by ongoing reviews
