Maintenance Administrator
Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process maintenance requests from clients
- Assign maintenance tasks to appropriate technicians and contractors
- Monitor and track the progress of maintenance tasks
- Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for maintenance projects
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments with clients
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and policies
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on maintenance projects and address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient maintenance operations
- Ensure regular inspections are conducted to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a maintenance or administrative role
SKILLS:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
