Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise policy sales and monthly written premiums in a compliant, customer-centric manner
- Provide professional, responsive service to lead providers and customers
- Execute the sales process with diligence, integrity, and comprehensive product knowledge
- Upsell additional products where applicable to optimise each customer interaction
- Utilise effective communication and interpersonal skills to promote product acceptance
- Conduct thorough needs analysis through strategic questioning and attentive listening
- Match product benefits to customer needs and clearly demonstrate value

Address and overcome objections with appropriate, informed responses
- Commit to continuous improvement through feedback, observation, and collaboration

- Exhibit self-motivation, productivity, and efficient time management, especially when working remotely
Minimum Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12

RE5 Certification
- Must meet all regulatory requirements (e.g. DOFA period, FAIS Fit & Proper)
Experience & Skills Required

Minimum of 3 years experience in a call centre sales environment

At least 1 year of outbound telesales experience

Minimum 2 years experience in the life insurance industry
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in at least one additional official language is required
