The ideal candidate is not only passionate about cars and customer service but is also a natural hunter, someone who can proactively generate their own leads, follow up relentlessly, and close deals with confidence.
This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who thrives on chasing new business, building lasting relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their vehicle needs and match them to the right car.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate and close deals professionally and ethically.
- Process financing and registration paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure vehicles and showroom are always customer ready.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
- Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Strong follow-up and client engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Presentable, professional, and trustworthy.
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum: Matric / Grade 12
