We are looking for a hungry, target-driven Sales Executive to join our thriving second-hand car dealership. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about cars and customer service but is also a natural hunter, someone who can proactively generate their own leads, follow up relentlessly, and close deals with confidence.

This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter who thrives on chasing new business, building lasting relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their vehicle needs and match them to the right car.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals professionally and ethically.
  • Process financing and registration paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure vehicles and showroom are always customer ready.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of closing deals
  • Demonstrated ability to self-generate leads and manage a personal sales pipeline.
  • Strong follow-up and client engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Presentable, professional, and trustworthy.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum: Matric / Grade 12
