Our client is seeking learners (electrical) to join their team. The ideal candidate must have basic electrical knowledge, be able to work on site, and have basic experience with panel wiring and small installation jobs. The applicant should be able to communicate well with team members and customers, follow instructions. The learner must also be willing to assist in more than one role and be eager to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with wiring, panel building, general technical duties and on-site installations
2. Communicate clearly with team members and customers
3. Follow instructions and work independently when required
4. Be flexible and assist in different roles as needed
5. Work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Maintain safety standards and care for tools and equipment
7. Complete basic job records and time sheets
8. Assist with deliveries, tool management, and vehicle checks
9. Be willing to learn and drive personal growth and development.

Performance Metrics

• Billable Hours Utilization: Percentage of total hours billed vs. available hours.
• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Average client feedback score per project.
• Skill Growth Achievement Rate: Percentage of professional development targets achieved.
• Total Hours Saved: Time saved versus project estimates through efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Diploma (with Maths & Science)
• Or NQF Level 2
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel

Experience

• Minimum 1+ years of working experience (preferably)
