Production & Logistics Coordinator
Job Description:
You'll be at the heart of the operations — keeping production running smoothly across multiple centres, ensuring stock is tracked and accounted for, and managing the flow of goods both locally and across borders. You'll work closely with a small, high-performing management team and play a meaningful role in expanding the clients' footprint across the SADC region.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics end-to-end
- Oversee and optimise production across our various production centres
- Maintain accurate stock control and monthly inventory records
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders
- Collaborate with a lean, motivated management team
- Actively support regional growth initiatives across SADC
What You'll Bring
- A tertiary qualification from a recognised institution
- Experience in one or more of the following is a strong advantage: production or logistics management, cross-border trade, warehouse operations, or bookkeeping
- Sharp organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and reporting capabilities
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
- Solid computer literacy — experience with Pastel, Xero, or Excel is preferred
- Own reliable transport
