You'll be at the heart of the operations — keeping production running smoothly across multiple centres, ensuring stock is tracked and accounted for, and managing the flow of goods both locally and across borders. You'll work closely with a small, high-performing management team and play a meaningful role in expanding the clients' footprint across the SADC region.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate domestic and international logistics end-to-end
• Oversee and optimise production across our various production centres
• Maintain accurate stock control and monthly inventory records
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders
• Collaborate with a lean, motivated management team
• Actively support regional growth initiatives across SADC

What You'll Bring

• A tertiary qualification from a recognised institution
• Experience in one or more of the following is a strong advantage: production or logistics management, cross-border trade, warehouse operations, or bookkeeping
• Sharp organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities
• Strong communication and reporting capabilities
• Fluency in both Afrikaans and English
• Solid computer literacy — experience with Pastel, Xero, or Excel is preferred
• Own reliable transport
