Site Fitter & Team Supervisor

 Job Description:

The Site Fitter & Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site installation and fitting of aluminium products while leading a team to ensure quality, safety, and project timelines are met. The role combines hands-on installation work with team supervision and adherence to technical specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation and fitting of aluminium products, including shopfront doors, windows, and stack doors
  • Carry out installations, including the removal of existing products and preparation for new fittings
  • Follow installation schedules and technical drawings provided by clients or management
  • Perform on-site alterations to products where required
  • Enforce and ensure adherence to all health and safety protocols on-site
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs of installed products where necessary
  • Ensure all work meets required quality standards and company specifications
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of work performed by the fitting team
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Fitter or in a similar role
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transport
