A leading South African forestry and vegetable plant nursery, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead vehicle, machinery, and infrastructure maintenance at our KwaZulu-Natal operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain nursery vehicles, machinery, and equipment
• Oversee workshop operations, tools, and maintenance staff
• Provide technical support to South Africa clients (KZN)
• Fabricate nursery equipment and manage construction projects
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 maintenance systems

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical and practical maintenance background
• Welding, plumbing, building, or vehicle experience advantageous
• Organised, reliable, and solutions-driven
• Fluent in English and isiZulu
• Computer literate
