About the job (Shipping Line) CS Import
Responsibilities:

Handle import shipments and notify customers regarding any amendment requests related to import document details and container clearance status/locations.

Submit import customs manifests/paperless (NSW), EDI, and vessel voyage maintenance accurately and on time in accordance with customs rules and regulations.

Prepare delivery orders, freight charges, and exchange rates within the required time frame.

Coordinate with local application providers and the company system team on system enhancements or changes to ensure smooth data integration with the customs house and port.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in liner shipping, freight forwarding, or reefer logistics preferred.

Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both written and verbal).

Good understanding of reefer container operations and cold chain logistics.

Detail-oriented, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.
