(Shipping Line) CS Import

Responsibilities:

• Handle import shipments and notify customers regarding any amendment requests related to import document details and container clearance status/locations.

• Submit import customs manifests/paperless (NSW), EDI, and vessel voyage maintenance accurately and on time in accordance with customs rules and regulations.

• Prepare delivery orders, freight charges, and exchange rates within the required time frame.

• Coordinate with local application providers and the company system team on system enhancements or changes to ensure smooth data integration with the customs house and port.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in International Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in liner shipping, freight forwarding, or reefer logistics preferred.

• Strong communication skills in Thai and English (both written and verbal).

• Good understanding of reefer container operations and cold chain logistics.

• Detail-oriented, with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
